helpwave was founded in Aachen, Germany, with a clear goal: reduce complexity in healthcare operations so that clinicians can focus on what matters most — patient care. Today we build from two locations — Aachen and Münster.

Building the open foundation for healthcare infrastructure
Healthcare organizations deserve infrastructure that works with them — not against them. We build software that integrates into existing environments, respects clinical workflows, and continuously improves through data and intelligence.
Our open architecture means organizations maintain control, avoid vendor lock-in, and can adapt the system to their specific needs — both today and in the future.
In July 2024, helpwave became the operator of mediQuu, taking on its established healthcare-networking products and the practices, pharmacies and care providers that rely on them. We're bringing those users into our open platform — proof that thoughtful consolidation and open infrastructure can go hand in hand.
